As Office Manager and the Human Resources contact, I have seen first-hand the difficulties of trying to control healthcare costs while still offering a quality benefits plan to our pastors and staff. Our renewal this year wasn’t going as well as I had hoped. We were being faced with higher increases than I felt were warranted. We brought Innova in to assist after we were into the process. Even though we were already working through this, Innova was able to negotiate lower rate increases. Now that we are in our new plan year, Innova is continuing to assist us with claims and other related issues. The team at Innova have been very accessible and responds quickly to our needs.
